(April 23, 2019, 2:53 am)I suffer from frozen shoulder and the Doctor had suggested physio but warned me that it would take 8 to 10 months of physio to see results. After my first session I had noticeably improved mobility that made daily tasks possible and 3 months into physio with Aleksandra I have almost full mobility in my shoulder. My results are amazing. I am so grateful that Aleksandra is my physiotherapist and I highly recommend her!
