Affordable Apartment for Rent

We have been happy tenants for more than 12 years. Occasionally a bad day is expected and normal in any relationship, but our management and superintendents commiunicate and care. Our superintendents are "Super"! The building is in a great location with easy access to the Pearson Airport, highways 401,407, 427 and bus stops with connection to downtown in front of the door. It's a few steps to James Garden, parks, golf courses, fantastic trails, public tennis courts and a swimming pool. The bonus is a convenient store and a hair salon located on the main floor. Neighbours know each other because most of the tenants are long term tenants.

These apartments are so spacious, the layout of the apartments are brilliant and the buildings are super clean. There's an awesome gym and a pool in 1A which is a great benefit to the tenants. You don't have to go outside to get to the pool if you live in the B building so it's perfect for winter swims :)

The landscape in the summer is inviting and they really pay attention to detail. Ample parking makes visiting hassle-free compared to some other buildings.

The upgraded, modern-like entrances make the buildings feel inviting and "upscale". The tenants are super friendly and make the Richview community what it is.

The best thing by far about these buildings, though, are the Superintendents. They truly strive to keep their tenants happy and treat the buildings like they are their own. Having friendly, on-site management is a plus to anyone choosing which residential building to rent from.

One of the few "real" nice buildings left in the city along with the staff I've encountered. I just visit here and every time I'm amazed how clean the whole building is always kept and how nice everyone is who works there. I always tell my friend they scored big time with this building. Great location too, close to a lot of places. So i would highly recommend this property, great location and people running it.

Super modern buildings. They use fobs to enter and has beautiful fireplaces and TVs in the lobbies, very up to date all around. Huge units. Everyone in management was very helpful and following proper covid procedures which was comforting. 5 stars

After nearly a decade in this building, one thing is for sure - the on site team is extremely good at what they do. Very professional, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile no matter what.

Specifically the superintendents are dedicated to making sure this building is one of the best ran places in Toronto, and it's very clear from the minute you walk in the door.

Their jobs are not easy so full respect to the entire 1 Richview team - from dealing with older building headaches to some absolutely nasty tenants it takes very kind hearted and strong person(s) to deal with these things every day and night. These are the REAL front line workers making sure you have a nice place to live in any way they can. KUDOS!
