(February 11, 2019, 8:25 pm)1. Why do they play music in Doctor’s office? What is the logic behind playing music here? Doctor’s office should be a quiet place. Isn’t it?
2. There is no facility of drinking water in waiting area.
3. Waiting for 2 hours is ok because Staff is courteous and Doctor is competent.
