  Wow, I am stunned by the reviews of this building and the superintendents as my experience has been quite the opposite. I suppose it's easier to write a review out of spite, when you are upset about minor inconveniences, than it is to write a review when you are happy and unbothered. I would like to express that this building has a great sense of community and comfort. It is always clean and Steph and Irene are always friendly and helpful. I haven't had many problems with my rental unit as it is well taken care of and was updated before I moved in in 2014. Needless to say, I have had a wonderful 4 years in this building and am not planning on going anywhere anytime soon!
