The Care Company

I recently had a knee replacement surgery and contacted the Care Company to request a Personal Support Worker for some days after I was discharged from the hospital.

They assigned Susan S to me, a wonderful PSW.
I was very happy with her service. She took really good care of me and was very attentive to my needs. In addition of assisting me with all the basics, she supervised me while doing my knee strengthening exercises every day. I could tell that she is passionate about caring for people and i had a great experience with her.

Our father was needing more care than we could give. We were taking turns staying with him but we needed more help. That’s when we called The Care Company. We heard about them from a friend as they were currently using their service. They introduced to us a wonderful caregiver that became like one of the family. She has assisted our father with his personal care and medication reminders. Also she prepares his meals and ensures he is always eating well. She is now his favourite companion and accompanies him to his doctors appointments when we can’t.
