  Exceptional service. The owner Allison and her staff really care about providing the best option at an affordable price. They truly care about your animal before their own need to fill their pockets. Completly selfless, professional animal lovers.

  Friendly, experienced staff who put a ton of research into the products they carry before they sell them. Lots of products that are Canadian, local, raw, whole ingredients etc. Really like shopping here.

  My favourite pet store! Well curated selection of products. Very helpful, personalized service from knowledgeable staff.
  
  I really appreciate that I can purchase a large case of frozen food for a better price than buying a small amount at a time, but then I can just take the portion that will fit in my small freezer at home - they will hold the rest for me until I come back for it as I need it.
