Had these guys work on 3 of my cars. Amazing service and workmanship! Super happy with the results. Definitely referring my friends and family to them for any body work.

I'm glad I picked this shop for my repairs. Nice staff and good quality service. They work with TD and it was actually TD who gave me a list of authorized shops, from which I picked the closest one and I'm happy with their work and attitude.

I took my Golf R here on a Monday after an accident and met with Kelly he was admiring my car and said he was a VW guy himself and pointed to his VW SUV parked out front. Saying “I wanted something more fun to drive but my wife told me to get a practical car, what she doesn’t know is that thing is basically the same as a Porsche”

He says my car isn’t drivable with the mirror busted off and we go inside to call for a rental car. He told his assistant that the car is a “non drive” I don’t know how that guy did it but his assistant had the paperwork ready in under a minute and the rental car company there in under 5 minutes!

Kelly takes my keys and says I will have my car back on Friday. Thursday afternoon rolls around and I’m enjoying the rented Audi I’m driving, I think Kelly telling the rental company “to give him something nice” must be the reason I got an upgrade. I then get a call that my car will be ready by 1p.m. on Friday.

Not knowing the rental car drop off would be so quick I found myself dropped off at the Fix auto around 12:30, Kelly said my car was almost done they are washing it. He was about to head to the burger restaurant next door and invited me to join him saying “come on I’ll buy you a burger this place is the best and I’m friends with the owner” as we’re eating lunch Kelly tells me about the history of the burger restaurant and entertains me with stories his recent vacation to Portugal. The stories are so interesting an hour flew by, we get up to leave and Kelly tells me to take a burger for the road and orders 2 more to take with me!

Back at Fix auto my car is parked out front and looks amazing. You can’t tell at all it was damaged! As Kelly is explaining the work that was done he offered me a cigar, how could I say no to that on a Friday? We were talking about my Golf R and he knew more about it then I did. Into the office we go again, his assistant (I can’t remember the guys name) passes Kelly my paperwork as well as the keys to my shiny car. Me explains there is a receipt for the repairs that my insurance paid, lifetime warranty on the work and a survey that I could win $1000 if I do it. Kelly tells me if I win the survey prize we’re going for a round of beers on me.

If I win the prize for sure I’m buying more then one round of beers for the team here and a round of burgers at the restaurant next door after!

Kind and respectful staff here.. although my car took more than the promised day for them to fix it, but overall good service.When i got issues about my car after they fixed it they dealt with it immediately.

Great experience, the shop replaced the front bumper, they matched perfectly the paint colour (a difficult red-orange shade), but also fixed (glued) one front light - some attachment pieces were broken. My old car looks like new again. All done within a few days, the car was in shop only a few hours in total. Thank you again, Kelly. I do recommend this shop.
