  Ebike Universe has been the leader in Ebikes in Toronto. The staff is always knowledgeable and their selection of vehicles is unmatched.
  
  I have purchased a few bikes over the years, most recently being a Paris 48v Long Range for my g/f in the fall at their North York location ...
  
  I was in the area and decided to stop in and see what they had new in the showroom, Akili was happy to help and always had a smile on his face during our interaction ...
  
  He showed me the new stuff and gave me tons of information about each vehicle ...
  
  It's a great little showroom that's worth the visit if you are in the area!

  Friendly and helpful staff, competitive pricing, lots of parking and a good display of ebikes, traditional and motorcycle style. Kids scooters, kids cars. Nice place to look around. I bought 1 bike for my friend and she loves it.

  People here are very helpful and have lots of knowledgeable about the bikes they sell i got an older model e bike and they sold us new batteries and chargers

  Walked in and service was right away. The young lady that served us was well informed and answered all our questions. Would recommande this place to come. Very friendly and helpful.
