There is to my knowledge absolutely no way to get through to reception, I have called 15-20 times so far multiple times a week and at different hours, no one EVER picks up the phone.
Imagine going to a fully operational drive through but someone will only take your order at one specific time during the week in the morning if you're lucky - that's what its like calling this office.
However Dr.Hubbard is a good doctor, I had a Septoplasty/Turbinate Reduction with him and everything went as well as you would expect in the public system. Though I'm not satisfied with my results and am trying to book an appointment with a private rhinoplasty doctor to further correct my issue. To my knowledge all he did for my Septo was remove a posterior part of my septum on one side of my nose. He said that anterior deviations in the septum wouldn't affect breathing - yet many publicly available studies suggest that anterior deviations cause even more obstruction to nasal airflow than posterior deviations. So the shape of my septum in the front of my nose has been unchanged and my left nostril is still obstructed.
Would have been great to go over what we can/can't accomplish before surgery..
So If you're just trying to fix a slightly deviated septum Dr.Hubbard is your man but I would highly suggest going to a certified plastic surgeon specialising in rhinoplasty to provide more comprehensive solutions to your breathing problems.
Great doctor! My baby (18m) needed tubes in his ears and Dr Hubbard was great at every appointment. The surgery went well and the tubes stayed in for almost a year. Would highly recommend this doctor for toddlers and young children.
