Told me to go to Mercedes and get the window and they'd replace it for me. Saved me a lot of money and time. Work was perfessional and done fast. A place you can trust. Will definitely go back. Thanks again.

(January 9, 2020, 4:41 pm)Rear view window was Broken/ needed replacement. Insurance recommended this location.
Car was at the location for about 72 hours after a delay with the rear glass being ordered....As well after replacement there was still glass in my back seat and it was not vacuumed or cleaned. No shuttle service was offered.
Service desk was very friendly, glass replacement looks good but time and clean up was not sufficient
