He really helped me with back tension and pain I have had for a long time and took his time to give me tips going forward. He is present and calm and takes his time and you can clearly sense his passion for his work and how sincerely he cares about helping you. I will be returning and warmly recommend his sessions. Nicolas has been our yoga teacher for many of our yoga and kitesurfing trips and has been always greatly appreciated. I had the chance to receive his treatments several times and each session left me feeling invigorated and overall better in my body. I especially loved his way of doing Thai massage. It helped not only unwind but also with the healing of my sport-related shoulder issues. I recommend Nicolas, one of the most professional therapist I’ve seen.

He is an excellent teacher who is very attentive to what you need and keeps you centered during your practice. He makes you benefit from all his experience and knowledge that he has acquired. He knows how to adapt to you during the session. I also tried his Thai massages a few times and loved it. Super beautiful experience - totally relaxing, imbued with serenity, and very professional. I highly recommend Nicolas for yoga classes and Thai massage.
