He knew what he was doing and great guy overall to talk too.
It was nice to have a pleasant driver as opposed to miserable and lazy drivers I have had to deal with from other towing companies. Employee representation is what makes companies look good and receive trusting repeat customers.
I'm very happy with the service I received this morning.
