(October 13, 2021, 12:08 am)Quick and easy. Just a little difficult in setting up auto payment. Could be because of technical issue. But they have better deal than Bell Mobility. Bell Mobility for same price gives you 10GB data, while Telus gives you all data you need, unlimited data usage.

(August 1, 2021, 6:30 pm)Walked in there for a simple inquiry and was surprised with the best customer service from the weekend manager Aum. Was shown better options, then bought a new phone, liquid protection screen, case and a new contract matching my exact requirements. Also got my new phone setup and data transferred and walked out of there all set to go without issue. Watched this guy take care of me and 3 other walk in customers while I was there. Extremely satisfied and will bring my elderly parents there to get them taken care of.

Robert found me a great phone plan deal and spent the time to go over the details and transfer my account. It was seamless and stress-less. He went above and beyond. A month later when I needed a new phone I did not hesitate and went back to see Robert and again he proved to be invaluable. His advice was impeccable and his assistance was top-notch. If I need to go a third time, you can believe I will seek Robert out. I don't normally do reviews, but Robert deserves recognition for putting the customer first.
