He ensured I was set up before I left, I had the best plan for my family and answered all my questions with patience and kindness. He didn't try to over sell me on items that didn't make sense for my family but in the end I ended up getting more than I expected because I'd rather give him my business! Thank you Umair for a great experience, I bet Telus wishes they had more professionals like you working in their stores, I know I do :)

(December 24, 2021, 1:33 am)Ms Sameera helped me choose a plan and offered her expertise whilst the whole process. Couldn't have asked for more. She made me feel welcomed and answered all my questions and whenever she got chance she helped the people around as well. Always smiling and warm person. The store in general offers with some demo pieces for us to have a look around and experience them before we can go buy. Overall a 5 star experience.

Tasin has upped the standards for other tellers for me. He has definitely earned a new customer for this location. Highly recommend this location
