I handed over random receipts and tax forms and he very quickly sorted them out and filed returns to appease the CRA. Throughout the process, he was very kind, patient, and reassuring. Steve was quick to understand the business and moved mountains in the year he was there, earning the respect of all staff with his hard work, great integrity, honesty and levelheadedness.
The changes that were made came with Steve’s pragmatic approach along with clear and concise communication.
