Karen is absolutely lovely and extremely professional , she helped me to recover my very damaged hair, and she did an amazing job cutting and advising what was the best haircut for me ! Super happy with her and for sure I will come back again

She takes the time to discuss exactly what I want as well as what I don’t want, and that always makes me feel comfortable with my decision. All the treatments I’ve gotten have been incredible and the head massage is worth it alone! The salon is very clean and everyone there is so friendly and accommodating! I moved to Niagara a few years ago but I still make the trip down to see Karen she’s that good! Definitely recommend!

(September 20, 2021, 1:38 am)I found Karen through word of mouth when I first moved into the area four years ago and have been very happy with her services. My hair is done to perfection every time. She recently convinced me to take the plunge and get bangs, something I have been wanting to do for years. I don't think I ever would have made the change if she didn't give me that very empowering pep talk. Definitely recommend Salon O for a great experience and a great cut!

I went to her for highlights, and she took her time explaining the different options and made sure she understood my vision before starting the process. My highlights turned out amazing! Bright but natural looking. Karen is very personable. If you book an appointment with her, be prepared to have a good laugh while she works on your hair.
