(December 27, 2021, 1:45 am)The food is good. Only issue is the 15% service charge. I am okay with giving 15%, but at least tell me it's been added when I pay the bill. It seems like they are expecting you not to pay attention and give an additional 15%.

(December 7, 2021, 3:38 am)Great place, a little bit darker outside Unfortunately the street isn't very well lit but the parking lot is fairly large and the indoor decoration is very simple clean and very very functional It was pretty quiet but the evening we went and we ended up with the massive bowl It was absolutely a great experience.
Mind you we were only there for the food so let's talk about that.. The broth is nice and light and there's a little bit off salt and I'm very little rough that mayo fattiness that you've want without ever cutting your tongue. Definitely recommend for a quick, healthy bite! -

(November 29, 2021, 9:19 pm)If you’re craving pho. This place is fine. It’s not outstandingly good or bad. It’s just average. Nothing special. But it is enough to satisfy a craving or enjoy a warm meal.
I got the beef brisket pho. Tastes alright. -

(November 24, 2021, 12:54 am)I'm never disappointed with their menu, their staff, and this location.
Everyone's pretty friendly and welcoming, and their place is warm.
I really enjoy their deep-fried rolls, which is never overcooked or burnt.
Their pad thai is one of my fave dishes, which I always ask for extra chicken. Squeeze some lemon over it, and you're good to go!
However, my favourite dish is their soft-shell crab! Make sure to ask for an extra sauce while you're at it. -

(November 5, 2021, 8:28 pm)Great food and dine in service, although everything had a taint of lysol from cleaning. The only issue that arose was the automatic 15% surcharge on top of the subtotal and tax. This is a rather bold statement to customers that are not informed of this in advance. This tells me their service is only as good as 15%, so don't expect any better: and if I don't like the automatic fees being imposed (especially a fee on top of taxes) I'm welcome to take my business elsewhere. Either scenario suggests a very limited scope of business practice and how to welcome guests to return, something that I have no intention of doing.
