(February 26, 2023, 3:20 am)I truly love this place as they offer a variety of services some including laser treatmenrs and facials. They have excellent specials a few times for the year so it is important to buy into those and not miss out because I promise it is well worth the funds. My sessions have been very helpful for me as I have always had issues with excessive hair growth. I am truly grateful that this place was recommended so that I can continue my path to a hair free life. I will say the laser technician (pretty sure that is not the rivht title) Leslie (she does brazilians) is always such a vibe and funny; she keeps you distracted and overall has great customer service and energy. She makes you really feel taken care of during your session. There is also another gentlemen (not sure of his name) who does face laser treatments and he is quick and efficient. The receptionists are always bubbly and very respectful and do not have an "I do not want to be here" which may seem like bare minimum but I appreciate it. I suggest you book today and start your treatments, they have the right people and right machines to get the job done.

(February 14, 2023, 7:55 am)Went to try with a Groupon. Christine (gosh, I hope that was her name) was amazing, as were all the staff. Front receptionist was so warm and welcoming. Honestly, one of the best spa experiences I have ever had. They took their time, explained the process and the room was lovely, clean and such a great experience. Will definitely be going back. I had the carbon peel and I could instantly see a difference in my skin. I am planning to got back and get and extended version of the carbon peel for back and chest.

(December 1, 2022, 3:37 pm)Ive come gone to Nu Med multiple times for underarms laser appointments. They have great seasonal sales! I also appreciate that they blast cold air during laser sessions which makes it more comfortable. All staff members are kind and accommodating.
Some constructive criticism for their website: Perhaps they can include a "DOs and DONTs" for clients. I was really excited when I
booked a aerolase session (acne laser session), but the day before, I was doing research and it mentioned not to do chemical exfoliation (retinoids ect) a week prior to a laser session to prevent burns... And the whole week I was doing my regular skin care routine that included exfoliation LOL, perhaps that was also my lack of research before booking an appointment. I spoke to the receptionist and she was very understanding, I am thankful for that! However, I do think having it on their website would be very helpful :) I will reschedule and be better prepared -

(February 16, 2022, 2:23 pm)When it comes to amazing service NU Med has always exceeded expectations. I've been to the clinic for facials and laser services and I've never left unsatisfied. When it comes to laser hair removal I initially had my reservations, especially as a person of color, however Lesley did an amazing job thoroughly explaining the process and answering any and all questions/concerns that I had. I love the results that laser has given me. In addition to the services being amazing and the staff always being very friendly the clinic itself is always very clean and organized. I would highly recommend Nu Med to anyone.
