(June 4, 2018, 12:23 pm)Its is a great tool for education. Helps a lot for preparing for exams. This weekend I had complications on purchasing a book, and was expecting the assistance. But, looks like they do not have 24/7 assistance like they said. Anyways, today on Monday, I got my refund of the wrong purchased book, and got a help to purchase the right one.
