I only had one issue in all these years, and didn't return to that one individual, however I haven't seen them around in the salon, both upstairs and downstairs. But i wont base my review on one tech who wasnt great. Janet and Nhuy are probably my two go-to people. I have also done waxing here and have felt comfortable (arms/legs).

I have moved out of the area and still come back because of the welcoming atmosphere and the experience of the staff. These are may favourites Anna for anything nails (I just bring my nails), Ann for Pedicure and Manicure (she has become my husband's favourite as well) and Chloe for eyebrows - she is the bomb on eyelashes. I love Stephen and how down to earth he is. I would recommend 👌 their service a thousand times over. Confession, I am a picky customer so to have it all in one place is a plus for me.
