I told him about another household issue I was experiencing and Andy went above and beyond to help fix it! Thankful I finally found someone reliable and trustworthy to help me!

(November 9, 2021, 1:33 am)We have an old boiler and the pilot light tends to go out from time.. this time it stayed lit but for some reason it wasn’t turning on when we turned up the thermostat. Andy came out to service our boiler and he was great! Very professional, polite and friendly! He assessed the situation and managed to have it working within minutes. He also was able to diagnose what the problem was and provide a solution. It was also very affordable. Will definitely be using their services again. Thanks Andy!!!

(October 18, 2021, 10:37 pm)We are very pleased with the service we received from Modify Air. They were very responsive to our needs. We had our boiler serviced today and they did a really thorough job, better than any previous maintenance work we had done. In the spring they serviced our ductless air conditioner and went above and beyond to get it running properly. Including coming out on a Saturday night to fix it. We would definitely recommend using Modify Air.
