(June 9, 2021, 1:06 pm)I didn't have a 5 stars experience with Jeff Mittman, but he explained himself, said it was a miscommunication, hence changing the rating from 1 to 4, I still made an effort and wasted my time waiting for him to follow through, he didn't.
