Knights On Guard has provided 24/7 security services to our buildings for over a decade. The staff they provide are knowledgeable, capable and hard working. Upper management including Michael and Evelyn have worked quickly to address any and all issues. Pricing for services is fair and in line with industry standards. I would highly recommend KOG to any condominium requiring security services.

Great service. I was very impressed with the professionalism of their guards, how firm they were the defaulters, without being rude. A colleague also has them as concierge and patrol guards, and he’s got nothing less to say.

I have been with the company for over a year and progressed so much in terms of knowledge, writing reports , handling diverse set of people without losing patience in the field of security.

In terms of recruitment, they only tend to recruit elite personnel. They give an opportunity for freshers only if they see the zeal in them. Danielle our HR does this job in an amazing way.

Working with the staff has been a great professional experience for me.
Most important factor is that the company always gives the workers priority for leaves in terms of their level of need which is excellent. And the way they get to know the guards in person, especially Evelyn my reporting manager is really good.

I personally feel that the scheduler has the key role to play in the company as its the most intense job involving lot of tension and the duties involve the person to get things done before the time runs out. Luba who is the scheduler does extra-ordinary performance in doing so. When a leave is requested, she contacts in person and gets to know how important it is and sanctions it based on the requirement. This itself portrays how good the company's staff is as they always tend to go above and beyond for the company's workers which is a rare phenomenon.

Roger Client Manager goes out of his way and assistance is only a phone call away when ever the need arises with issues on the sites.
