(August 12, 2021, 6:05 pm)I have been using Foscam products for 5 years. I have 10 cameras in service and have not had any failures. I recently damaged one of the camera's CAT 6 cable sockets and informed Foscam tech support. They immediately mailed me a replacement socket no charge. I recommend Foscam products.
