I had a session with a physiotherapist Nancy last week. She is a brilliant, passionate and compassionate therapist and an amazing human being. Her warmth and understanding put me right at ease at my first appointment.
Nancy has been very helpful and attentive to my back issues.
She took time to listen to my concerns and developed a plan that works around my lifestyle. My lower back issues have significantly improved. I’d highly recommend.
I also appreciate that the facility is very clean and ensure everyones’ safety is prioritize. I am very satisfied with the first treatment and I will be definitely coming back for more sessions with Nancy !

I had a great physiotherapy session with Nancy. I’ve been working off and on with her for a while and was enthusiastic about seeing her at the The Spruce. She’s a great listener, asked a lot of relevant questions, and gave me space to ask questions at the end of the session which I greatly appreciated. I also like the hands-on approach, and felt very safe and supported. Nancy provided directions clearly and simply, as well as exercises for me to continue at home and simple equipment I could get to support my issue. The space was also very inviting, warm, modern. Would highly recommend coming to The Spruce !

I had a fantastic experience at the clinic! This is a great spot, in the heart of the Annex, to receive physio. My neck is always stiff and hurts due to my jaw problems. Nancy has been able to help release stress and getting rid of my migraines. Excellent professionals, friendly staff, and a very relaxing space. The service is amazing and I'll continue going back for my treatment.
Also the decor is beautiful! :)

I have tried a few Physios in Toronto for my shoulder tightness. I went to The Spruce based on a recommendation. The physio was very thorough with her assessment. I liked the soft tissue and joint mobilization work she did on me. My shoulder immediately felt better after the first treatment and has been a bit better every day since. Highly recommended.

I visited this clinic based off a recommendation from a friend who's been coming here for a while now. My friend recommended me to the physio Nancy. Glad I listened to my friend because Nancy is very knowledgeable in her work and was able to help me since I injured my knee! Also the decor is super cute!!! Totally stands out compared to any other clinics I've visited in the past. Highly recommend this clinic and Nancy :)
