(July 29, 2020, 4:09 am)This is an interesting place to be in. I like herbs and prefer them to western medicine. There are some calming herbs or or ones that help you sleep. Some herbs that help if you have some stomachache.However, I also know for serious illnesses, you need to go to the doctor. Herbs are placebo!
