(April 27, 2020, 11:50 am)Rented a 2 person auger on Saturday. Felt with a wonderful employee named Jay. Fantastic. I rented it for 24hours because I've never used the tool before. We got the tool home and my friend and I were able to bang out all the work within 3.5 hours. So my friend said might as well return it now and only get charged for 4 hours instead of 24. So I called and left a detailed message. Then I discovered they closed at 2pm. So even if I originally ordered the tool for 4 hours o still wouldn't of been able to return it. I also learned they were closed Sunday as well. However it rained all day Sunday (that's why my friend and I banged all the work out in 3.5 hours). On Monday morning I called and Rob answered. I explained my situation and he told me to bring the tool in and that he would honour the 4 HR rental instead of the 24 hour. I just want to say I'm extremely happy with the employees, their attitude, their service and the performance of the tool. I will be back again for sure
