They literally. took care of every detail from zeroing on the right place, doing video tours, the negotiations and then finally working on the closing all while we were abroad. Highly recommend them if you are new to the area and don’t want to be left hanging by realties that share partial information and are not as agile as SKC in securing the most appropriate home for you. Thank you Kevin and Yuhan, we couldn’t have done it without you two!

They helped our family to secure a house in Toronto from overseas with ease. The live video viewing was extremely helpful, they are very client centric, accommodating and thoughtful, we would definitely recommend their services.

I ended up securing the condo I wanted most purely because of their expertise. As a student without a guarantor , I was already disadvantaged compared to other people looking for a place. They are very familiar with our target areas and really appreciate they spent their own time taking us to explore the areas. They are not only agents but they are more like friends. Kevin and Yuhan gave suggestions to each property that we were interested. Thanks for their great help so we could buy the property that we love.
