I had an unresponsive phone screen, he offered to open the screen and reset it, and later replaced the screen when he found the issue, he never charged me extra, also gave me a screen protector and he did this all within an hour, even stayed open later so I could come pick up my phone the same day. Also offered me a great discount on a great quality phone case. They also offer cosmetics and many other essentials you may need, at great prices. Overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this phone repair service to anyone.

Ended up being a good experience. My screen has not worked for over a year. I thought it was not fixable but R Phone got me going in just a few days. I am happy with the results and this is one less electronic in the landfill. Win Win
