He takes the time to have a fun chat with his clients. He is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to answering questions about medications and health issues. He also offers free consultations and discounts for seniors and low-income families. He is not just a pharmacist, he is a friend to many people in our neighborhood.

(June 6, 2021, 2:02 am)John is an excellent pharmacist. Very kind , knowledgeable, goes the extra mile , always very helpful. Made me feel welcome when I arrived , moved , Feb. 2019. into Jamestown . Unfortunately, I have to move again, now into a retirement residence. I will miss him. John always listens patiently. You feel you’re being heard, and that you matter as a person. I don’t have to go to “ Cheers “ anymore, ( Tv show ) because John knows & remembers , my , & your name. 😂 So healing & comforting, in a world more secular & colder, less human , as to when I was growing up.
John went above & beyond, in the hardest of our covid times, in our lockdowns. . Always working very hard. , & always caring. An excellent example of what a Pharmacist should be, a real role model. And his Dear Dad, always kindly delivered my blister packs, meds. , & all that I needed.
