(April 7, 2022, 11:04 am)Beautiful is a lack of a better word for everyone working in here. Every Canadian ice cream shop that puts “gelato” should not exist. Mizzica is a true staple of Italian culture, offering authentic homemade gelato , and fresh pastries & coffee. We should not take this experience for granted, and grateful to have passionate Italians serving amazing food. Thank you

(April 3, 2022, 2:32 am)I tried the « pistachio » and the « milk and mint » flavours, it was the best pistachio gelato I’ve ever had!!! Literally with every morsel my friends and I complemented the pistachio flavour!! LOVED IT! And the milk and mint was very similar to « mast o dalar » if you know what I mean, which was also very interestingly good!!!!

The price went up but so as everything else with the pandemic and war, but you get what you pay for. As long as maintaining the qualities, it's worth it.

Excellent products & friendly courtesy service. My first time there was in the morning around 11am. The lady in the cafe was busy setting up the counter to get ready for the business. Since it was my first visit, I wasn't familiar with the products. She was busy getting ready, but she didn't mind & very patiently explained to me the products I was interested in. I was very impressed with her courtesy & friendly assistance offer to me. We all know first-time impressions are most important when it comes to business. After I paid for my purchase of cake and pastries, I decided to come back later to buy some more ice creams because all the ice creams look absolutely yummy & delicious...lol. I told her I'll be back later in the afternoon to check out the ice creams. she was very pleased & said I'm welcome anytime.
So I returned in the afternoon and checked out the ice creams. A gentleman was working behind the counter. He was just like the lady in the morning; he was providing service with patience, friendly & courtesy. He answered all my questions & even suggested an ice cream for me & it was awesome after I tasted it later. I like to know the kinds of ice creams I bought. I asked him if possible he could write down the names of the ice creams I picked, he said no problem at all & he'll comply.
I told him I was in the store in the morning & a nice lady assisted me. He said that is his wife. I was very impressed that such a fine couple are running the store together. He even wrote down the names of the cake & pastries I bought in the morning for me on a piece of paper because I'm not familiar with the products.
I absolutely love the store because not only are it's minutes away from my condo, the store offers delicious & awesome products which I have been looking for a long time. I'll never imagine it's only minutes away. I returned later on to pick up my ice creams because I'd to do some errands in the neighborhood. A different young lady assisted me; she was also very friendly, polite & courtesy. This store is a gem in the neighborhood with the most awesome staff providing excellent products & services. I'm definitely return to try some of the other products & I'll let all my friends know about this awesome CAFE. To all desserts & ice cream lovers, this CAFE is "THE PLACE" to be. -

(December 12, 2021, 12:21 am)Words cannot begin to describe how much I love this place. Easily the best gelato I've ever had, at decent prices too. Great variety of delicious flavours and friendly service as well. Highly highly recommend!
