He was unfailingly professional, thoughtful, efficient, and very personable. New tech is not always intuitive, but Arturo very patiently explained everything to us, and we are extremely happy with the install, and the results. We fully recommend this company.

I was also impressed with his attention to detail and sensitivity with placing cables in a historic house. With so many fly-by-nighters on the market I can highly recommend his services.

We found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough in understanding our requirements and sincere in his efforts to match our needs with the appropriate layout and equipment matched to our budget At no time did we feel we were being “ over sold” as so many other home automation companies try to do. Equally impressive has been his after sale follow up to ensuring our equipment is operating well and that we are getting the most out of our home technology. (August 2, 2022, 12:52 am)LOVO did an impeccable job advising us and installing our new Sonos music system with in ceiling speakers throughout the entire house.
He collaborated with our architect and construction team for our renovation and was able to circumvent problems and integrate the install into their plans.
From install, placement, app use and clean up, we were thrilled with his excellent work and work ethic. Mr. Fuentes is Personable and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend him.

Their insights and advice during construction made it seamless and the architects remarked on how good they were. We did a dedicated TV room, house music zones, sound for outside. The planning and installation process was terrific and stress free.
Everyone from Lovo was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Further, the pricing was solid for such exceptional products and a quality experience with them. The results are outstanding and we enjoy it every day. They are great people at Lovo and a game changer for our home.
