(August 24, 2021, 12:14 am)I had an issue with my ecobee4 where the pins were broken on some spots, the person I spoke to on the phone for the warranty from start to finish was amazing, sent in photos as requested and had a new unit shipped out within 3 days, and also at a time where there was a heat wave, nothing but an overall good experience with members of this company and will continue to use their product and even recommend their product to friends and family of mine
