(December 13, 2022, 9:56 pm)I've been here twice in the last few months and had a very positive experience when having my blood drawn. Maybe I was fortunate but I never had to wait and was seen immediately and always had a friendly chat. Then I went for a third time and there was someone working at the desk who I've not seen before. I don't mind wait times but the dismissive attitude and refusal to answer reasonable questions is off putting. I watched her literally pretend not to hear what someone was asking. I imagine similar experiences might be the reason for the terrible reviews! I think she is maybe just exhausted but the approach is not really helping.
