(April 18, 2022, 2:14 pm)Forget the fast food assembly type pizza places. Danforth pizza house, in my opinion, is the ultimate in the art of gourmet pizza that will make you crave and fall in love with pizza all over again. You owe it to yourself to try it, if you already haven't.

I feel old saying this but “back in the day” most pizza joints were family run affairs without a corporate headquarters selling them commercially made ingredients and telling how to make “pizzas”. Danforth Pizza House is a family run business and they use homemade ingredients. It is that simple. If you want a pizza cheap and fast, don’t go there. If you want real food, you know where to go.

Their homemade sauce is perfect. Tangy, flavourful, but not too sweet or salty.
We got the House Special. Fresh toppings. Excellent pepperoni. Wonderful crust (on the thin side with a nice crisp outer).
They've got great veggie options, and some really creative pizzas on the menu as well (looking at you, Angry Bee)
This was our first time ordering from there, and it certainly won't be out last.

FYI: Only accept cash but has bank machine in store.
