Kim always takes extra care of my nails and does an exceptional job every single time. Now I come to this salon every 2 weeks and can't imagine I would want the service somewhere else.

(October 21, 2021, 10:42 pm)BEST NAIL SALON!!! I switched to Charlotte Nail Spa after trying them once and have never looked back. Kim and her team are exceptionally professional and detail oriented. My cuticles have never looked better and I leave with perfect polish every time. The spa is bright and clean, and the prices are unbeatable! Hands down the best nail salon. 10/10

(October 15, 2021, 9:57 pm)This is my absolute favourite nail salon OF ALL TIME and I have attended countless nail salons throughout the course of my life. The service here is beyond exceptional. The two nail technicians are super nice, friendly and welcoming. I have flawless nails every time. They really take their time and pay the most attention to detail. I never have to wait for an hour before my appointments unlike other nail salons that overbook time slots. The prices are very reasonable compared to other nails salons in Toronto. The hand and foot massages are a nice touch. The place is very clean. I am extremely satisfied with the service I receive and am now a regular customer. Highly recommend this place!!!

(October 15, 2021, 8:20 pm)Had a very enjoyable experience at this salon with my wife. We enjoyed the setting and the attention paid by the employees there. If you need a nail salon in the east end, look no further. Small touch that I loved was the brand new massage chairs that actually worked (as opposed to the beaten up, old ones at most other salons).

Her desire to satisfy her clients is very important to her and I could tell that she wants to make sure that her clients are happy with her work. She is really good at what she does. I"m super happy and I will definitely book my next Appointment soon! I highly recommend Charlotte Nail Salon.
