It may upset some people, but it comes from a place of authenticity and integrity. These people are very proud of the work they do. They have developed a loyal customer base. They will not compromise the quality of the service they give to their repeat customers by taking on more work than they can handle WELL. They are not driven by money. I love doing business with them.
