They started by listing our condo for rent in 2018 and managed to get 2 offers within a couple weeks, one for over ask! They were also kind enough to help manage the property for us while we were living away from Toronto.
After the tenant moved out over a year later they listed our condo for sale and it sold within 2 days for over ask again! We could not be more grateful. Saying goodbye to our home in Toronto was bittersweet but Angelo and his team made the process as smooth and seamless as possible. Thank you again! -

I had a great experience bought a investment beautiful condo in our price range and even in the neighborhood. Throughout the whole process, he really took care of us well during negotiation, closing and even after closing. He always responsive to email and phone calls. Every job that Angelo does very professional performance and even Small details. For example, every year he help me to send the tax bills to my home........I believe that all his customers will definitely give him a very high praise and rating. Our experience for these transactions was great and I'd highly recommend using this team for anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent their property. Angelo is quite knowledgeable of the real estate market, especially in downtown Toronto, and also a very good negotiator which are two of the most important factors when looking for an agent in my opinion. He's also very quick to respond to any of your questions and given his familiarity with the transactional process of buying/selling, he makes it very simple for his clients.
