I didn’t know I had them, in some cases, i didn’t even know what was being asked for. As a real estate rookie, I was not the swiftest client on his roster!!!! Together with Dan’s team, they steered me through this mortgage process leaving my dignity in tact! I am grateful for their professionalism, patience, and info accessibility. They explained details to me clearly and succinctly.
When I met with the bank rep to sign the mortgage papers, I could choose my preferred location which significantly reduced stress. Then, when signing the contract, the rep confirmed that she hadn’t seen such a good “deal” with an awesome interest rate in a long time. I attribute that to Dan and his amazing team.
