We experienced internet issues while trying to solve the issues I was facing to set up and synchronise my new laptop. Nelson was very patient and supportive , and did everything in his hands to ensure we could invest the time needed to make my laptop work in full. I also learned from him a few highly valuable tips to make my work more efficient and safe.

Life Saver! These are stressful times and Blake is like having your calm great head on his shoulder buddy that gets you through a rough day.
