I’ve been to this location a number of times and I always seem to have to clarify my order over the phone because they always seem to have trouble hearing clearly. This time the woman who took my order was rushing to get off the phone, which I understand since it’s the dinner rush. She kept repeating the wrong item and I kept correcting her. I tried to confirm the price as another way to make sure she heard me correctly but she cut me off. Not surprisingly, they got my order wrong when I went to pick it up. It was no big deal to me and they made my order pretty quickly. What wasn’t cool was how the woman continued to cut me off when I tried to explain. I didn’t argue as I just wanted to get my dinner and get out of there (it’s a small space). She finished off my telling me to call next time if there was a problem. I’m not sure how that would have helped since she wouldn’t give me the time to confirm my order the first time I called. I also saw her fully ignore an Uber driver who asked about his order because he’d been waiting there for a while. It’s worth noting that she still called out the wrong order when she handed me my takeout bag, so I’m convinced she misheard me on the phone. So, I’d still recommend this place but brace yourself for some less-then-pleasant customer service.

When you combine convenience with great quality you have a keeper. Their items are inventive and fresh.
This place has never disappointed.
Great find. Definite go to spot in the neighborhood.
