(January 26, 2023, 5:35 am)We had a great experience with Ideal Siding York, the company that completed a Longboard siding repair project for us. We had bids from other companies that complicated the process and dragged their presentation on too long, so we appreciated ISY's conciseness. There was only one minor hiccup where a contractor cut a water line, but the company paid for the repair without issue. We would use them again for a future project. Michel is professional and wants to ensure that the homeowner is satisfied with the work. And he answers his phone! (which is rare these days).

After researching several companies, I finally found one that would care for the character of my 50-year-old house. That is what I got. Elie took care of everything during the work and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. And the siding install team was extraordinary. They brought joy in seeing and protecting the history revealed under the siding as much as I did. I plan to hire Ideal Siding again for future projects.
