(February 4, 2021, 8:57 pm)My Hello Bolo card hadn't been used in a long time but I knew I still had credit on it. So, when I tried to make a call it prompted me to enter my pin number which I don't remember ever having. I called customer service to inquire why, and this lovely lady answered and explained to me that they had to suspend my account to protect my credit. Then she went ahead and reactivated my account. Aysha knocked all customer service experiences I have had out of the ball park!. It was quick and hassle free!
