I've been ordering their salads, soups and meals in a jar and I love them all! Very flavourful, healthy and fresh! Affordable and no delivery fee for orders over $50 I think. Highly recommend to anyone loking for variety who does not cook but wants something healthy in the fridge at any moment.
Bad beginning : first order was not ready on the scheduled day, and the second time, they charged me for an order I could never get in any of their pick up places - wasted 2h driving around for nothing).
But they refunded all the order.
After that I moved and was able to get a delivery. From that point everything went smooth. Produce are good and fresh most of the time, deliveries arrive on the right day.
They also sell a very good vegan "parmesan".
I don't really like the healthy Butcher's meat, though. The beef burgers contain something I can't identify, but it's not only salt and pepper. We don't like them. And the bacon has additives I don't like. I use the "Dubreton" bacon when they have it ( sometimes it's out of stock).
I'd like to have more choices , like veal, duck, and some pork tenderloin ( as the healthy Butcher usually sell them, but they don't deliver directly in my area at the moment).
Overall, a good solution for people who are cooking their own fresh organic vegetables and fruits, and who can't/don't want to go shopping.
I’ve had a very positive experience using Fresh City Farms. Everything is fresh and delicious.
Can't wait to be able to go back to the farm for U-pick!
