(March 8, 2017, 11:39 pm)Great club for all skills levels, whether that be just starting or a medalist. The coaches are all in trying to bring out the best in everyone, and all the of the athletes will welcome you with warm hands, you will instantly feel like you are apart of club.

(March 8, 2017, 2:59 pm)My son started running at a young age and he has had the same coach, Jill, for 7 or 8 years. He has his ups and downs and through it all she is a supportive coach and a great role model. He looks forward to his practices because of the positive training environment at Toronto West Athletics. The coaches are knowledgeable and dedicated and he is surrounded by supportive, fun, hard working peers who encourage him to achieve his best. Next year, my son will be in high school and the current high school and university club runners are mentors and role models who encourage and inspire the younger runners to help them achieve their personal best.
