More importantly if you have to break the mortgage ( and no one ever plans on doing this but if you do) the fee is a fraction of the other major banks and this alone can save you thousands of dollars! I could keep going but you get the idea.

The branch manager has obviously set the customer service bar very high and all the staff have consistently exceeded expectations in every way. Everyone is friendly, courteous, compassionate and professional in their everyday dealings with clients. We have been customers for many years and this level of service is not common in the industry. As far as we are concerned, the service and support that Pace Credit Union in Etobicoke provides should be the standard for all to aspire to in the financial services sector. Thank you to the branch manager Peter and all his knowledgeable and professional staff for what they do every day for clients like us. Your efforts do not go unnoticed.
