(April 7, 2022, 4:08 am)My wife woke me up screaming saying she felt something crawling along her hand. We turned on the lights and found a bed bug in our bed. I called these guys because the hours said 24/7 hoping to get ahold of someone. It was 1 am and Aidan answered waking him up. He told me to trap the bed bug and to send him a picture so he can confirm it really is a bed bug. It was and he assured me he could do a heat treatment in the morning. We couldn’t sleep the rest of that night but after the heat treatment was done we slept good that night. You can tell he did a thorough job in making sure no space was untouched. No signs of bed bugs since.

(March 28, 2022, 8:06 am)My Property management company switched from Bed Bug Exterminator Pro to Bed Bug Heat Relief because we were spending 4000k on a spot treatment that was not seeming to work. Heat Relief heated the entire space and charged us over 1000k less with no problems afterwards. I’ve been working with Curtis and Aidan for a couple months now and their treatment method has never failed. Had to write a review for this kind of service.

(March 23, 2022, 8:48 pm)I was seeing new bites in the morning and called Bed Bug Heat Relief for a K9 inspection. Curtis said I could watch if I didn’t distract the beagle Bella. Wow does she have a nose. The way she can track a scent is unbelievable. She found bed bugs in two bedrooms and Curtis was able to show me exactly where they were. Well done.

(February 22, 2022, 6:50 pm)I did some calling around and these guys offered a heat treatment for almost half the price in comparison to the other companies. It sounded like their heat treatment was better because they heated the entire space making sure all the bed bugs get killed. Aidan and Curtis are owner operators of their small business and don’t charge a ridiculous amount like some of the larger companies. It’s been 6 months and no issues. Thanks a million guys!
