Superior Hearing Centre

I have been a hearing aid user for the last 8 years. Recently I switched service providers out of frustration at the lack of service at my incumbent supplier. I live 3 hours outside of Thunder Bay and always attempted to coordinate trip requirements to coincide with service needs for my hearing aids. In spite of compliance with the 2 week notice requirement for an appointment, I was unable to successfully schedule arrangements to our mutual agreement.
I switched to Superior Hearing and was pleasantly surprised with the quality and technical performance of the entire staff. Intricate details that I should have already been familiar with were commonplace. The visit was followed up with a written report, with full particulars copied to my family doctor. To say that I was delighted with all aspects of Superiors service would certainly be an understatement. I would recommend them to anyone.
