(January 9, 2020, 5:21 pm)The Spence Clinic is in this building on the 5th floor. The other medical places should be reviewed on their own Google Map site. The building has other businesses in it as well. I have always been treated well by all the doctors at the Spence. My receptionist has always been awesome. Overall I am happy with the treatment that I received at the walk in as well. The Lifelabs are great too, but as I said in the beginning they are a separate company just like the physiotherapy on the 1st floor and the Thunder Bay Obstetrician and gynecology on the 4 th floor that does the ultrasounds.

(January 12, 2016, 3:41 pm)But very confusing to find the place u need to go to. The doctors are very nice and very good at there jobs and the nurses at life labs too.
Referrals take long. And sometimes appointment bookings.

(November 26, 2015, 8:54 pm)great doctors, but just a little... confusing. there's a bit of winding around to find the right waiting room and everything looks PACKED to the gills whether it's stacks of files at the office spots or just narrow hallways and small rooms.
often referrals can take forever and usually requires you making a second 'reminder' call to ask about the referral
