Her encouragement and sincere understanding lead to a healthy respect for where one's body is at this particular time. Colleen's classes align the body, mind and spirit with breath and laughter.

Her classes are the perfect combination of workout and relaxation and a great way to start the day/week off feeling refreshed. Also her new zoom classes are an awesome way to keep moving while isolating.

And, she is fun and has a good sense of humour and good taste in music, which makes the classes even better!
